I ordered two lateral filing cabinets for my home office. They are perfect for the room. I've files in the cupboards and have no problem filing. I also use among the drawers for office supply storage. They were not difficult to construct.

This is an excellent looking desk that was precisely what we were searching for. It's simply perfect for a computer using one side and bedroom to grade papers or focus on the other aspect. The shelves are great to have too. The one thing I wish it experienced were a few drawers so that I possibly could keep pens, etc in there, but a basket on top works just fine. It had been very simple to assemble, I could put it together in about an hour, even at 28 weeks pregnant. If you are buying simple office desk with decent space this is an excellent desk! Very efficient table for the space! I had to downsize my table to something more compact for the area I moved my business office to. This still has All of the functionality of a plain desk 2x the size! The drawers and cubbies and the sliding keyboard shelf happen to be exactly what I had a need to save space in an area, but still have the area I need while working!
